4. Splashbacks or upstands

An office kitchen is a high traffic area prone to stains from splatters of food and drink. Glass splashbacks or upstands will protect kitchen walls against any splashes or spills, and are easy to wipe clean should they become marked.

Not only that, glass splashbacks can provide a clean, fresh wall decoration in reception areas, creating a great first impression to visitors. You even have the option of having your company name or logo etched onto the glass if you wish.

It is the responsibility of an employer to ensure the necessary measures are in place to protect the health, safety and welfare of their employees and visitors. From windows and balustrades to doors and partitions, fire rated glass will provide a barrier against the extreme temperatures should a fire break out. In turn, this provides a safe route for workers to escape and for firefighters to put out the fire.
